So far so good. Still trying to figure out how to use this because I'm a beginner, hopefully I can get some assistance from Loox.
I asked for help on one of my products as the reviews were now my being shown. I provided them access and the issue was solved within a couple of hours!
Still need to continue to use it... But I really enjoy it to my shopify site. I really look forward to the emails and usage portion of this app
