Broken App + Argumentative Support = Nightmare

This app burned through my session quota by tracking my own visits AND all the visits from their support staff during 3+ hours of troubleshooting (which forced me into a $44 upgrade). Even after that, it still didn’t work; no alerts, visitor tracking broken.

The way support handled my reasonable request for a refund was downright embarrassing. Instead of owning the problem, support was defensive, argumentative, hostile, and pushy about getting me on Zoom calls to do more troubleshooting, then refused to refund me.

Glitchy product. Wasted time. Zero accountability. Stay far away. Will be disputing this charge with Shopify.

I’ve already switched to "MIDA Replay Heatmaps" and it actually works!

Tip: Hotjar is another polished and professional alternative solution.

Fast and efficient customer service.

Lucky Orange is by far one of the greatest apps I have used for my business. It has helped me recognize vulnerabilities in my conversion optimization to increase sales overall. I feel few apps on Shopify are worth the money, but Lucky Orange is by far the best. If you're sales are suffering and you don't know why, Lucky Orange will tell you. The recordings are amazing and do not slow your store down. 10/10 recommend for any e-commerce business.

When I got the overview from Justin. Then things really clicked and be way clearer as to how insightful Lucky Orange is.

Great app – I've been using it for a few years now. It's still a very useful tool for understanding customer activity. The only limitation is that we can't see when a customer scrolls down, as the screenshots remain fixed at the top of the page.
