We always had a rough idea of where our website could improve, but Lucky Orange gave us the visibility we were missing. Being able to watch actual user sessions and see exactly where visitors were getting stuck or dropping off has made it so much easier to make tweaks that matter.

I'm at the beginning of my business, only a few sales and that's why I'm on the free plan.
I fail to follow the steps of visitors because many records are not visible and I fill the limit with some "visitors" without a second of time visiting the site. I try to delete it regularly, but today I didn't have the chance and when I deleted those "visitors" it doesn't show new visitors, it only offers Upgrade - I don't have money for it at the moment, but when sales start, of course I will be on the plan with a larger number of visitors.

We appreciate the budget constraints that can come with running a small business, which is why we offer both a free plan and a plan specifically tailored for Shopify users who are just starting out with their online store and looking to grow their traffic and customer base. The Experience has been great, i've been able to follow my clients on my page and been able to tell where dead spots or boring information is, without Lucky orange I wouldn't have.

Session recordings give great insights, and the live chat is very handy. The interface can feel a bit crowded at first, but overall it’s an excellent tool for improving conversions.

Downloaded this app and this SLOWED DOWN our entire store. Making matter worse, we already paid the premium version for 1 year, and they are not replying about a refund. This app took thousands of dollars from us! We will be contacting shopify for further escalation if we dont hear back from the app developer.

Our tracking code loads asynchronously, meaning it doesn't load on your site until the essential elements have fully loaded and are fully functional. BEWARE. Don't hit your limit, any data on your account is inaccessible (including history) making the app useless. Reached out to customer service and was ignored. There's a no refund policy, so once the transaction goes through, your money is gone. Since I hit the limit in a day (not realizing anything and everything is counted towards the sessions), I have literally a day each month to see my data and then it's gone. Trapped for a year in this scenario. The bad experience does not incentivize me to upgrade, as I don't want to give them anymore of my money. It's not worth it.

Broken App + Argumentative Support = Nightmare

This app burned through my session quota by tracking my own visits AND all the visits from their support staff during 3+ hours of troubleshooting (which forced me into a $44 upgrade). Even after that, it still didn’t work; no alerts, visitor tracking broken.

The way support handled my reasonable request for a refund was downright embarrassing. Instead of owning the problem, support was defensive, argumentative, hostile, and pushy about getting me on Zoom calls to do more troubleshooting, then refused to refund me.

Glitchy product. Wasted time. Zero accountability. Stay far away. Will be disputing this charge with Shopify.

I’ve already switched to "MIDA Replay Heatmaps" and it actually works!

Tip: Hotjar is another polished and professional alternative solution.
