Very easy to use, and gives loads of information about how users are interacting with the website. I especially like the video recordings, they really help you work out where people are dropping off :)

There is so much great information to be obtained with this app. I am not very tech savvy, so it was really helpful to see my website from the customer's point of view, and make changes accordingly. Great customer service- friendly and quick response. I wish I had installed this AGES AGO!!

Lucky Orange is great; the more you use it, the easier it is and its really simple to understand, yet powerful. It tells you so much and helps in different ways, all displayed with clarity. Our company had been looking into Lucky Orange for a month before while we were doing a site redesign, and we are more than happy we decided to move forward with them. My onboarding call with Justin was excellent. He answered all my questions, showed me some great features, and even worked with me on some creative ways to use surveys. I've also reached out to customer service a few times and in each session, my issues are resolved in a timely manner. All of the associates are friendly and knowledgeable. It's been about a week and we're already learning so much about our site and user experience. I look forward to diving more into Lucky Orange as we grow our business.

I must say I did have some trouble getting the app to download the code correctly on my shopify store BUT after some little chats with Lucy Orange (Emilia) she managed to walk me through it and we finally got there. She was pretty amazing to be honest with you and I wish I had contacted via zoom before just messaging as it was a lot quicker and easier.
So far it's great and certainly helps me see who is looking on site and also what they are looking at...early days of course but so far so good! thank you Lucy Orange x

Doesen't even let you register after installation, just giving error "can not use this email".. waste of time and energy!!
Over the weekend our system encountered an error that prevented merchants from creating a Lucky Orange account. The issue was resolved quickly, and you should have received an email from our team with instructions to complete the account creation process.
