Switching to Lucky Orange for our chat was a great decision! Not only was it cheaper than our last chat program, it also provides analytic insights that are soo much easier to understand than Google Anayltics. The other feature that I'm in love with is the polls. Overall great investment!
This is probably the best app in the Shopify app store. This allows you to drill down and really see what is going through your customers heads. It has analytics, live chat, polls, heatmaps, and so much more. This is an amazing app, thats about all I can say!

This is one of my favorite apps. It really shows what customers are thinking and helped me move some things around. Great customer service too.
Fantastic app and unlike Google analytics, this is bang up-to-date. No delay of 8/9 minutes before giving data. Incredibly accurate and a must for anyone wanting to learn more about their visitor behaviour.
Very useful app. I can see where my customers hover and pause on my site. It allows me to be in their shoes.
The customer service went above and beyond what I would have expected. I had an issue with visitors going to product listing that had mistakenly been deleted and google was sending them there as if the products were available and wasting our ads money. I wanted to track when this happens so that my team would know in the future and be able to stop it. There didn't exist a ready answer for this but Lucky Orange's customer service staff, namely Bradley and Joel, customized a solution for me that was exactly what I was hoping for. Now whenever someone hits a 404 page they get tagged and I see it right away. "Lucky" orange indeed!

Every store should have this app! In just a few days, we have gotten tons and tons of information that we would not have know otherwise. And awesome customer service!!
I really love this app. This app has been by far the most useful one for me to analyse my customer's behaviour and made necessary changes to optimize the landing pages.
Recently, i asked them for support in the form of credit for a month due to the Coronavirus issues and losses.
They agreed and helped me by making the app free. I am glad that the developers are so supportive and understanding.
