This app is simple to use and seems to be working just fine. Gives you a unique perspective as to what visitors do when they visit your site. Helps you identify friction points. I used it during a free trial period almost a year ago when my site launched and it helped me identify some issues that once i fixed, subsequently lead to my first sale.
Amazing app! Super responsive support! Bradley was very helpful in resolving an install issue that ended up being something that I had messed up on my end. Great team!

Such a handy app, you can easily monitor your visitor's behaviours. You even can filter per action and view back recordings! Also the heat maps give a lot of insight about how visitors browse your website. Also the support is very reactive and helpful. Top service!

This app is really interesting. It allows you to see what your customers do through either a recording or real time. You can see if they are moving on due to something not working right or if they were expecting something in particular. Still learning how to fully use this app. There's also a live chat feature and a click heatmap.

I really like this app. It has a free version which is best for small stores that have just started selling. This allows us to understand how visitors are accessing your store and also allows us to create quick survey to gather valuable feedback.
