i recommend this app to anyone who wants to see exactly what their customers do on their website. Very good and I love it a lot

There is so much information within Lucky Orange that a couple of clicks through the app certainly do not do it justice. We are most excited to examine more closely the customer behavior online. The screen captured videos of every customer's experience on the website is very cool. It will enable us to target very specific areas of website communication that other wise we would not know. Great product!

Recordings often don't load and customer support is not responsive. Furthermore, they send offers to receive Amazon gift card in exchange for review and then renege on the deal.

Our team responded to your last help ticket regarding a question about page views within 2 hours of receiving it, but we haven’t received any emails regarding an issue with recordings. As you’ve seen from past responses, our team does respond quickly to help tickets. We can get you taken care of right away if you follow-up with us. You can respond to my last email or give me a call back at your earliest convenience to get your recordings issues figured out.

Additionally, we occasionally partner with other review platforms to provide incentivized review opportunities, but we don’t offer incentives for Shopify reviews. Please check your inbox for any emails from G2 for further explanation of of its review approval process
