The support team at Magenative is truly exceptional. They're responsive, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to ensure any issues are resolved promptly. Their dedication to customer support is impressive and appreciated!

While the app excels in many areas, I do hope to see some improvements in mobile OS support. As more customers shop on-the-go, it's essential to ensure a seamless experience across all devices. Because of these reasons somehow the Support team fails to be able to reproduce or fix some issues I report.
