Easy to setup and use. Working great so far. I'm trying to integrate with MailChimp which it seems it's not currently working with Shopify but I'll be looking forward to the integration soon.

i was trying to create a feedback form in which i wanted to ask for customer's comment & rating which they would like to give us. I wanted to remove Email field from that form but i was unable to do so. Other wise it's a simple & good app!
Really easy to set up, and really good and affordable premium option if you decide to go that route.
I chose this app because i believed it will help me a lot build my online business career. And most especially, i love the way and style mailchimp app builder

Sometimes the pop up will just stop showing on the website without warning. I find that this App is extremely unreliable.

I am quite disappointed in mail chimp up sell. They think crappiest of email template and form should be available on free level and not really reflective of letting a small business have 100 - 1000 subscriber for free. If I only send a unprofessional looking email to subscribers it is free seems to be their idea of free subscription product. I actually did buy in the package for upgrade, it was 24.99 but then they were like buy this one too if you want to use that feature and suddenly my bill was 50$ for emailing 50 subscribers. Click rate is 2-5% on emails, so I am not even sure what I am paying for.
