Merchants appreciate this app for its integration with various marketplaces, enabling management of listings, inventory, and orders in one place. Incorrect inventory quantity on amazon leading to orders i cant fullfil plus it costed around 80$ in ebay insertion fees after i uninstalled it. My opinion it doesnt work properly

Thank you for leaving a review. We are sorry you were left with the impression that the app was not working properly. The app only acted on the settings that were user driven.

The problem with your Amazon quantity was that you had set quantity to be 'Fixed=1' as opposed to using your Shopify quantity.

Codisto cannot create eBay listings (and cause related insertion fees where you don't have an eBay store subscription) when the app is not installed. All listings were created during the two occasions when you had the app installed.

Whilst it is rare for us to receive comments like yours, we are always looking to improve our in app messaging and user experience and will take your comments on board when developing improvements to how merchants can view their settings.

Au début l'utilisation a semblé bonne mais après quelques temps nous nous sommes aperçu qu'elle ne gérait pas les variations correctement, prix et stock non à jour. Après plusieurs semaines d'investigations, le problème n'a pas été géré. La facturation est également problèmatique car en cas de grosses elle monte vite et pas de rétrofacturation en cas de désinstallation.

Scam Lost $99 if you close an account any unused portion of the current month in advance fee is forfeited This Company is a Scam! I close the account to after they charge me the month in advance $99.00 so next month will stop since I get no ROI I was thinking I can keep using the month I paid in advance. NO they forfeited.

We charge monthly in advance like the majority of service providers and it's clear in our terms and conditions that part refunds aren't provided for cancelltion prior to the end of the current month of use (again this is industry standard).

I came to this app because of the impending shut-down of the native eBay connector to Shopify. The transition of my eBay catalog was super intuitive and I had over 1400 products moved over & live in a single evening. I also retired my other Amazon app since this one covers both eBay and Amazon. Amazon is a bit more difficult for me and I was having trouble getting products migrated. I reached out to support at 9pm via chat and they were available right away with no wait. They were extremely patient with me and helpful getting my first products live so I could use the template & process to finish the rest. I'm not super knowledgeable about managing products in Amazon and the support was extremely gracious answering a million random questions while we worked on my catalog. Out of the available options to move your eBay business to a new app, I can't recommend these guys enough. And kudos to my agent Ice for the excellent help!
