I tried all of the Shopify to Ebay feed apps. This is by far the best: it's in a different league and the entry level package meets all my needs as someone who lists 200 products on a seasonal basis.
The interface is logical and packed with features which you can access all from the same screen. It is intuitive and easy to list lots of products at once, or customise titles/descriptions for Ebay. The template needed a little tweaking to get my logo right, but nothing difficult. It syncs in real time and is incredibly responsive to changes. I used to dread loading new products through the old feed app - it had an obsession with product mapping on products in the shopify store that you had no intention of listing and weren't loading. There was a refresh button that didn't update the sync and a rebuild button that did, but you had to do it all the time if you had made a change to a shopify product. As you were listing a couple of products in one (correctly mapped) category, it would give large error messages about other store products you hadn't even brought into the product listing area. It stopped allowing the customisation of descriptions within the app, so I had to write my shopify product descriptions as if they were going on Ebay. The template was basic, no variations, no useful vendor info included. Error messages EVERY time about Returns Policy even though mine is the default Ebay one. Error messages on every listing for photos if it included a supplier logo - as they are often less than 500px. Aghh, I hated it and the support couldn't care less and they hadn't improved the app in a year. If fact it got worse.
Now it takes a minute to list items and the support is fast. They actually answer the question you raise with accuracy and know their stuff.

I recently tried out the Shopify app "Shopify Marketplace Connect" to facilitate the upload of my Shopify products to Amazon.in.

Unfortunately, my experience with the app has been quite disappointing, primarily due to two key issues. I encountered significant challenges with the customer support provided by Shopify Marketplace Connect. Specifically, I needed GTIN approval as per the app's requirements.

However, I already possessed brand and category approval under Toys & Games on Amazon. In this situation, Amazon offers a straightforward solution by allowing the creation of an ASIN through the "we don't have product id" option. This contrasts starkly with SMC's insistence on GTIN approval. As a user, I anticipated a more adaptable approach that aligns with Amazon's existing systems and approvals. The lack of flexibility in this regard greatly hindered my experience. Furthermore, the app exhibited issues related to image quality and capture.

One of the app's intended purposes is to simplify the process of uploading Shopify products to Amazon.in. However, I found the app to be needlessly complex and difficult to use. I believe that its functionality should be more intuitive and user-friendly. Furthermore, I found it easier to utilize bulk upload via Excel to transfer products from Shopify to Amazon.in. This ease of use in the manual method contrasts sharply with the cumbersome nature of the app.

Taking into consideration the poor customer support, limited flexibility, image quality concerns, and overall difficulty of use, I have decided to uninstall the "Shopify Marketplace Connect" app. For those seeking a seamless and efficient means of uploading their Shopify products to Amazon.in, this app proves to be time-consuming, inefficient, and, in my experience, a waste of money. I do not recommend its use, especially if your goal is to simplify the cross-platform product uploading process.

Overall, my experience with "Shopify Marketplace Connect" has been far from satisfactory. I hope that future updates address these issues, making the app more user-centric and aligned with the needs and systems of online marketplaces like Amazon.in. Until then, I will be seeking alternative methods to achieve my product uploading goals.

Amazon provides no access via API for us to know that Brand registry/GTIN exemption has been granted for the categories/brands you have applied for.
Without this requirement non qualified merchants would look for a way around potentially listing thousands of items against Amazon regulations. Our aim is to protect our merchants and their brands.

Be veeeeeeeeerrrrrry careful if using this app for the first time to connect to your existing Etsy store with active listings.
We previously used a different provider to connect our Etsy shop and Shopify store, and had 300+ active listings in our shop. That provider charged $50+ per month, so we decided to try this app due to the lower cost.
Added the app to our store, connected our Etsy shop, and allowed it to automatically match up our existing Etsy listings with the corresponding products in Shopify.
Without us setting the app to make any changes to the existing listings, it automatically did the following to EVERY SINGLE listing in Etsy upon linking the Etsy listings and Shopify products:
1. Overwrote every existing Etsy product title with the Shopify product title
2. Cleared out every single Etsy product attribute and product tags for every listing
3. Reset the prices on every Etsy listing to match the prices in our Shopify store
4. Changed the Etsy category for every listing to 'Accessories'
5. Changed the units of measure for product size and weight from imperial units to metric
Additionally, it began automatically creating Etsy listings for every Shopify product that didn't already have an Etsy listing linked via SKU. This resulted in about 60 unwanted Etsy listings being created (and 60 additional listing fee charges from Etsy). It also marked every new listing as a 'Featured' listing in our shop.
Essentially, the app has completely DESTROYED our Etsy shop, which had over 3000 sales, an average 5 star rating, and many followers that consistently reordered from us. In addition to the costs from the unwanted listings, we are also losing hundreds, if not thousands in sales revenue, and incurring an extreme amount of labor as we have had to put our shop on vacation while we manually rebuild over 300 Etsy listings one by one.
BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS APP!

This app needs a mandatory tutorial video before using.
I downloaded this thinking it was an actual Shopify app, not Codisto. It ruined my Etsy storefront completely. When I enabled the products in the app it created new listings on Esty and cost me SO MUCH MONEY. I currently haven't been able to log into this app to make changes for TWO DAYS. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I've been using this app for a couple of months now. It was easy to setup, and any questions I had were answered by support very quickly, even on a Saturday, which was very impressive. I use it to connect eBay and Amazon with my Shopify store. Stock is kept in sync across all platforms and my orders all come into Shopify for easy processing. A great app, if you need to do this in your store.

This app is very dangerous....i ve had my ebay acount for about 10 years.. and i have a 100% feedback and customer review.. with 5 stars..as soon as i added this app .. ebay suspended my acount. I lost thousands in sales.. this app is dangerous and the people who created it are liars and crooks. And the only reason i put one star for this app is because you cant submit your review without picking a star... do you see how crooked they are.. they deserve -10 stars.

Our app does not cause suspension of eBay accounts. We would not be able to run a business if this was the case. We have direct communication with eBay who inform us that their Trust and Safety team had some concerns with your account. They have reached out to you by phone (no answer) and email. Once you respond they will review your account suspension.

In the meantime, we ask that you amend or remove this review as it unfairly impacts our rating and inadvertently causes potential damage to other sellers looking to solve their multichannel problems.

I installed this app and struggled a bit with the settings. But thanks to great support and response time i was able to finally make everything work! Amazon & Ebay took a lot of time to set up as well but Codisto have great knowledge of these marketplaces so they could actually help me with the setting up on these places too.
