SLOT Scheduling & Booking App

Has excellent options and customization. Exactly what I was looking for. Everything is pretty intuitive to set up. I did need help with something and Clark in customer service was a huge help, headache free! Super excited about this!

I was attempting to use this app to integrate appointments for my studio. Set up was difficult due to the lack of instruction, demo, or help pages available for users. Once that was finally figured out- there were other issues with clients being able to check out without paying, and check out by paying and not scheduling. Schedules were not populating accurately and the help chat takes way too long to respond- not answering vital questions. For example- how can I add appointments on the back end of the above happens- to make sure the time is blocked off and make sure that clients have their appointment locked in. No response- or delayed response that takes 3 hours to get an issue resolved. I’m really not happy with this app and will be looking elsewhere. I understand that there are issues with new apps- however these things are the basic functionality- book an appointment and pay at check out for your selected date and time. This is not what happens currently. I hope they fix it soon!

I used this app to help me have a professional curbside booking system and also a banner that i could link. All I can say is WOW! This app is fantastic. The customer service is next level. Clark was on hand to help me with my ten million questions and set up the entire thing for me. He even went above and beyond and populated and matched the banner to my colour scheme without me asking him to! Do not hesitate to add this app to your store. 5*******

We have just installed the app and the customer support has been great. Looking forward to booking virtual meeting with our customers to provide them support.

Works okay, but they sell your email and info. Got a bunch of spam emails and this is the only app I have installed

I spoke with Clark on New Years Day didnt expect an answer but i got assisted thoroughly and everything was setup. Loving the App so far thanks a million

We have to send a big thank you to Clark for being patient with us through the process but he helped get exactly what we wanted up on the site. We appreciate his kindness and ability to get things. Really appreciate this and highly recommend this app.

I had some confusion around setting up my appointments to cater for multiple items and Clark was so helpful, taking time to set it all up for me and tweaking anything that needed extra customisation. Thanks Clark
