Extremely frustrating. I signed up for Microsoft Ads using the 'Sign up with Google' link, but the Shopify app DOES NOT allow you to 'Sign in with Google' - it simply says the account doesn't exist.

WARNING TO READERS: DO NOT sign up for Microsoft Ads using your Google account! You'll end up in an endless conversion with support reps who don't understand the issue and don't even have the permissions to fix it.

Microsoft channel has been a pain at this point because it is very difficult to integrate the app and install it on Shopify for use. I tried installing it and uninstalling it over and over again to see if it continues to work. It FAILS EVER TIME with an error "Error loading accounts: Request failed with status code 400" I tried fixing it over and over again, but it never works. On top of that it WILL NOT INTERGRATE WITH THE SIMPROSYS APP. Because it somewhat cannot find my advertising account. I'm at that point of giving up and moving on. MICROSOFT HAS FAILED. And I think it is due to the fact that it will not integrate with GOOGLE ACCOUNTS. You guys need to do better because you are wasting people's time and their money.

After creating a new Microsoft Advertising account and completing the identity verification process, our account was automatically suspended without any clear explanation. Despite multiple attempts to contact support, we have not received a reasonable or detailed response clarifying the reason for this action.
Our appeal was promptly rejected without further discussion or evidence provided. This experience is particularly frustrating given that we have been long-time users of Bing Webmaster Tools for over ten years and are active advertisers with Google, managing over €50,000 in monthly ad spend without any issues.
We are deeply disappointed by the lack of transparency, communication, and customer care shown in this matter. While we respect Microsoft’s right to enforce its policies, we believe legitimate businesses should be given at least a fair opportunity to clarify or correct potential misunderstandings.

I did have a few hiccups getting started and connected to Microsoft but support was always exceptional. Now things are connected and rolling well. Not as much traffic as google obviously, but it's there and you have less competition in a way so you can rank higher and still see great results.

Straightforward and simple enough to set up, now we`ll see if it actually generates any additional sales, back in 2021-2022 it was a complete flop didn't generate 1 penny in sales but yea.

As bad as you would expect Microsoft to be. Its a pain to install, and is not even able to track revenue which you obviously need for your campaigns to optimize properly. support ist hell, super slow and not able to help. just avoid this all together.

Legitimate And the Only App you will need for Microsoft Marketplace. There are many, but this is the authentic link to your microsoft marketplace and merchant center. It's seamless and easy and there is help in Microsoft Merchant center that's impossible to find anywhere else. They are patient and very rational and I have had instant chat resolution of so many issues. I still have a bit to go in terms of approvals but for 90% of the way, Im approved. Its not a complex maze and connects and you can edit on shopify as you would directly in microsoft. Microsoft also has it's own product studio and something that i'm looking into.

Never works! Throws an error, gives no option to change the account you want to use. over complicated integration.
