Update: I have now spent several hours appealing and calling support. They don't have any real people that work in the department. I would watch out for this app because they are taking a copy of your entire product catalog before they have even verified the account, and in my case they will not even get me a person to talk to. I feel like my data has been stolen from me and there is no one to talk to. I'm not sure what is going on with this app.
I setup everything and followed the directions exactly. Right after the account is setup I get an email saying the account is suspended and blocked for unusual activity... This is before I have even done anything at all other than to add a credit card to the account. It says that 1,000 plus variants are submitted and pending but if I click on anything in the account it says my access is blocked. I submitted some kind of appeal not sure what it was where it asked for my business documents. I get a response from support suggesting it will take 10 business days. This is just a time waster. Use Google Shopping and don't waste your time. The support wasted another 20 minutes without any result or changes. I will update my review if and when I can get the products to show up. I have no idea why they would do this when I followed the directions each step exactly! I also had a personal merchant account that I can access under my account without any problems. I am a shopify store with your Microsoft app... what in the world is the problem?

Never got it to work, Tried even put $25 on ad account it spent it but on what I have no clue since I still months later have products pending a review that said it would take 3 days. Would love to have it fully removed as I don't even know anyone who uses Microsoft browsers

After creating a new Microsoft Advertising account and completing the identity verification process, our account was automatically suspended without any clear explanation. Despite multiple attempts to contact support, we have not received a reasonable or detailed response clarifying the reason for this action.
Our appeal was promptly rejected without further discussion or evidence provided. This experience is particularly frustrating given that we have been long-time users of Bing Webmaster Tools for over ten years and are active advertisers with Google, managing over €50,000 in monthly ad spend without any issues.
We are deeply disappointed by the lack of transparency, communication, and customer care shown in this matter. While we respect Microsoft’s right to enforce its policies, we believe legitimate businesses should be given at least a fair opportunity to clarify or correct potential misunderstandings.

We have been unable to get more than 1 product out of our entire catalog published and active, with no warnings or rejected products, and have been unable to generate any sales, despite excellent success with google ads. Not sure what the problem is, but the product sync does not seem to work for us, which is crucial, so our campaigns can only advertise one of our 100+ products.
Wasted a lot of money paying for $20 + per day campaigns that resulted in no sales.

The app worked great, until we upgraded to Shopifys new TY and Order Status page. Now it seems the conversion script doesnt work anymore. I am seeing the Microsoft Channel in my Customer Events Pixels page, however it says disconeected.
Can anyone tell me if this is still being integrated or perhaps I have a bug?

Does not work. It tells you to login with the account you just used to log in. It repeats forever and you cannot ever fix it.

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the Microsoft Shopify app. After being given access to download the app, I was disappointed to find that it does not give me access to the United Kingdom.
As a business owner who relies heavily on the Shopify platform, it is extremely frustrating to be unable to access the Microsoft Shopify app in the UK. I would like to know why this app is not available in the UK and when it is expected to roll out in this region.
Furthermore, I am disappointed that I was given access to download the app without being made aware of its limitations. This has caused a significant waste of time and resources for me and my business.
I would like to register an official complaint and request that you provide a clear explanation for why this app is not available in the UK, and when we can expect to have access to it. I hope that this issue can be resolved as soon as possible to avoid any further inconvenience.
