The customer service is great, they are always there to help. About the app, it's great, you can collect a lot of information about the behavior of customers, which is a lot help to define the strategy for sales.
If you want a Team of developers that does NOT reply fast, Does NOT take pride in their application, and an application that DOES NOT WORK... Then DO NOT GET THIS APP. This team of developers is BY FAR the best out of any that i have worked with. On top of that this app does EXACTLY what its suppose to do, very very efficiently and has provided me with TONS of useful information that i have used to increase my stores conversion rate. Its by far the most useful app i have on my shopify store, being able to see my customers interactions with my website in real time is priceless. I highly recommend this app. DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER. You have already found the app you need :)
This app is wonderful for site insights. We decided on this specific app because of the ability to view specific logged in visitors. Other than that the support team is very responsive and helpful. Jennie has responded super quickly to all of my emails and makes sure my problem gets solved asap.
After trying the app for almost a year ( I don't know why it say 4 months using this app - maybe because my first review was 4 months in and 5 stars), I can say that I am extremely disappointed. Mainly wanted to watch the recordings of my visitors. The application can't distinguish between a bot and a real person. Therefore, if Google Shops or TikTok shops were mapping my site for the Google/TikTok store, I would have to use my allotment of visitors. I upgraded to, I believe, 3500 visitors per month, and over half were bots.
I am not a big store that makes a lot of money. Having to pay to watch a bot for a second made me so upset. When I mentioned this to customer service, I was told to block the visitors. Trust me, getting onto block 1000 IP addresses one at a time takes away valuable time from my store.
I did love this application in the beginning, but having to pay for customer bots was bad. But that isn't why I deleted my subscription. I deleted after two tries with customer service. The first was just to block them. The second was having to pay mid-subscription when I downgraded. When I asked for a refund, they told me it couldn't be done. Just received my Shopify bill, and apparently, I have to pay for the next 17 days also, and don't even have them in my store anymore. Yup, free money to them.
So, no, I won't be using them again.
