After downloading Monster -Cart Upsell Drawer I had issues applying the app to my current theme. After reaching out to support I had a response within three minutes and my problem completely solved within 24 hours. Everyone I worked with was polite and professional throughout the whole process and could not have been better.

TL;DR: Great customer service. Upsell Rate in Cart is between 15%-17%. This app is an absolute game changer. Not only in terms of design and functionality - much more so from the customer support side. No matter what problem I had, I was always helped in maximum 2 days. Even if I had a problem on a Sunday (!), I was contacted within an hour. The app works flawlessly, and was minimally customized according to my wishes. My upsell rate (in cart) is about 15% which is almost twice as high as comparable apps. I can recommend this app without reservation and thank Raneen and Charlene warmly at this point for their constant support.

The Monster app is something we have been looking for for some time. The only solution we previously saw was to have a developer create custom code which wasn't feasible for our budget. Monster does exactly what we had hoped (Free shipping threshold and upsell recommendations to get there). Must have addition for any store looking to increase AOV
