"I used the basic version of the template and during the installation process, the translation bar kept moving along with the screen. I tried writing custom CSS to fix it, but after many attempts, I couldn't solve the problem, which became my headache when it came to website design. I turned to the technical support department and received help from Ella. She helped me achieve the perfect result I wanted on both desktop and mobile platforms. I am very grateful because otherwise, I wouldn't know who to turn to for help, but she quickly solved the problem for me. Thank you very much, Ella! Your technical support is amazing!"

We recently transitioned to GTranslate and we are super happy that we did! Not only the pricing is much more reasonable than other competitors, but it also works better, faster and more efficient as opposed to other translation apps. I needed some help with translation exclusions and third party apps integration with GTranslate and the support and developer team was really helpful and friendly, they solved these issues very quick and very efficient.
