Had an absolutely horrendous experience (multiple times!) with Route and through a google search found out about Navidium. I’m so thankful you exist and when problem arise I can be my own customer service support in the broken, damaged, or lost package department!

Such a great team...been real since day one. You can't go wrong with Navidium. We've been using it for years, much better than throwing your money away to the other shipping insurance companies who bankroll that insurance money.

I support Navidium 100% vs "the other guys" that keep all our hard-earned money. as a small merchant, every dollar counts and i'll gladly vouch that since i've switched i'm seeing a better profit every month (or at least a fund for insurance claims) for doing what I probably would've done anyway.

I have a small business and Navidium has been a blessing for shipping my candles and wax melts. It allows me to control the fees and retain costs unlike other companies that keep everything. This allows me keep a personal touch and handle any claims internally. The customers appreciate the swiftness that I'm able to take care of them. I appreciate that I don't have to submit claims to another company and wait for replies.

At first I was skeptical of what Navidium claimed so we gave it a try. I was quickly turned into a believer. Other apps have tried to solicit me since and their pricing was really attractive, but now I see exactly why because they stand to collect so much in revenues for their bottom line. Why not let those revenues flow directly to us as the merchant.

I've also been very impressed with their customer service. I had a few small kinks and they helped me to work them out and I now have Navidium on all of my sites and won't look back.

What's not to love? Free money (we already insured everything). Simple to install. No effort to operate - it just sits there like a fly trap collecting money. While it is certainly not a game changer financial wise (we mostly sell expensive products), it is a nice little addition We have a high rate, abut 75%, who leave the checkmark at checkout. It really is too good to be true, but in this unusual case, IT IS TRUE!
