All the communication with the team and the account manager is fast and helpful and their system is super user-friendly. There is some room for improvement, a more detailed chargeback report would be great!

I've been using this app for about 3 years now. NoFraud saved me a lot of money specifically during the rise of credit card fraud. The customer service team is super friendly and helpful, the tech team is knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend these guys to ALL Shopify stores!

NoFraud immediately started catching fraudulent orders that could've resulted in chargebacks and losses. Since installing their app, we have not had any issues with fraud and are continuing to add information to the settings in NoFraud to eliminate fraud altogether. Thank you!

NoFraud was recommended to us as a means of increasing our sales through NoFraud's commitment to truly understanding the potential risk associated with any customer's order. Because NoFraud takes more steps to validate the potential for risk, and the opportunity for passing the customer's order through, we hoped to be able to increase the number of passed orders, without assuming more risk. We asked NoFraud to prove their claim. They set up a side-by-side comparison with our existing fraud prevention service provider over a two-week period. Every order that came through our store was handled by our existing provider, and NoFraud ran their usual range of fraud risk assessments. Even with NoFraud FAILING some orders that our existing provider PASSED, the overall benefit from NoFraud was evident in the total net value of orders PASSED by NoFraud that were FAILED by our existing provider. The implementation was fast and painless, along with hands-on training and suggestions to make the process much more transparent to our customer service team. I have already recommended NoFraud to several business partners as a way to increase sales, while still preventing potential fraudulent transactions.

We've been using NoFraud for a few years and would recommend it tremendously. Occasionally something will get flagged as fraudulent when it isn't, and they're very responsive and are often able to get it verified in a timely fashion.

5 Stars! Shoshanah is AMAZING, exceptionally professional, thorough & lovely & always responds within 24 hours. Without question, this app was an epic find. The streamlined process is clear, direct, easy to use & frees up A LOT of time. The stress of managing this would literally keep me up at night ... the question of "should I ship" weighs on all of us smaller sellers. I used to hand view ever single order following up with the customer, verifying ID & even doing that would STILL result in fraud chargebacks OR cancellations. ------------------------------------------

-OH! One of the best unintended features is their blacklist feature. That one little features is an absolute incredible value add because it just drops us an email in our inbox with a big ol' FAIL. From there, you can check your shopify notes & verify the issue (usually non-receipt claims). So, if we could have a few different notations not just black list but: RED FLAG: WARNING - HUMAN CLAIMS NON-RECEIPT. SHIP WITH SIGNATURE. That would cut down on the time to investigate. --------------------------------------------------------------------

-I do have one last & VERY ambitious ask. I would love to see an add on for protection against "non receipt claims" similar to Paypal. Where we ship & they cover, offering full coverage & the app just surcharges & crowdfunds the 1% or 2% on the back-end with reasonable limits (such as under $500). That next level "no fraud" including "friendly fraud" staple would make this app indispensable. I'm very proud of your team. Very proud. Bravo.

Switched to NoFraud from another large competitor. We're saving time, money, but best of all is their acceptance rate which we find to be a significant improvement. We can truly trust that if NoFraud says it isn't good, that it probably isn't! Very happy with the service.

Straight up if it wasn't for no fraud my store would have been shut down long ago due to chargebacks from fraudulent charges. Best solution out there, super helpful team.
