I really like how easy it is to use
Interestingly, they disabled possibility to leave a reply, when I gave this through their app. It looks that someone doesnt want to show the bad reviews, eh? So, here it is It does what it says and works without problems. But it heavily lacks important metric to be considered really useful as sales booster and call included analytics as "advanced" when it is barely basic. -1) It counts only "interactions" which includes clicks and mouse-overs. There is a big difference to mousover and click, so it should be separated. So its not sure how the "assisted sales" got assisted to be called so. -2) It offers only 7, 15 and 30 days lookback window, with daily overview in table. It misses a graphic overview in today (by time) and custom date ranges or at least - custom range up to 90Days. -3) Its not possible to see how users interacted through specific categories or types. Its a shame, that I cant know which of these "nudges" and where they plays major role in conversion assisting. All of these is important metrics which is not discussable, so for each minus one star, because they lowering this usability. +1) As I said- overall it works without problems. I havent noticed any flaws or technical malfunctions. +2) I like the wide range of notification types offered, but it is not possible to fully use their potential because of above mentioned minuses. We gave the chance to prove this by taking a test period for 9$/month and for this money it is worth it.
Idea for improvement - make the chance for editing nudges by the categories/pages where they are shown. I want my nudges to be editable in custom colors, when it comes for pages such as cart/checkout/thankyou.

Be ware, I have been contacting the support team for more than 2 months now. The app has been charging me 30 dollars for consecutive 6 months now while i'm on the free plan. I've been waiting to reactivate the app once i need drain more traffic with ad budget. I asked to be reimbursed but zero replies from the support team.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced, we understand the frustration this billing issue has caused.
From our investigation, we can see you activated your subscription charge November 15th 2022, but can see no record of a cancelled subscription up until November 13th 2023. We have escalated this to Shopify however as they handle all billing with merchants directly, and they would be contacting you for further investigation.

Easy to use, does what it says. I think I'll need the paid membership though to help polish my store, the free stuff is a little annoying on the shop

its a great app and really easy to use, and its free but you can also get the plan if you want more but overall it's a great app to have especially if you want more social proof for your customer.

Saw this add advertised and have installed and the first "nudge" took less than 30 seconds just like it said......Proof will be in the conversions but is something else that should aid the shop and would make a difference to me.

i mean its an ok app but the sales do show up on your app its really simple no stress tasks.you really have to play around with the navigations to get it right.

Seems good so far, however I don't like the fact you need to write a review and pick a plan other than 'Free' to get started

you have to write a review before using I havent use it yet but the set up is pretty easy. also you have to write a minimum 100 words for you to submit the review
