The unique thing about Okendo is how it allows the reviewer to add their social profile photo. This adds credibility to the review and was the main reason we switched from another service.

Okendo is a wonderful tool that our internal team and our customers find easy to use, intuitive and most of all, helpful. We have been using this app for last 10 months and it is the best app for reviews. Okenda best value for money Reviews app in the market. We were using Yotpo for last 4 years and every year they kept increasing the price when it comes to renewal.

Their customer service has been flawlessly helpful in migrating and they did everything we asked for. Lastly, this app works perfectly without any issue whereas Yotpo always breaks down and we have to keep constantly raise the issue with their helpdesk.

The customer service team is amazing. They set it all up for us, but kept us in the loop to ensure we were happy with the result. Any slight issues we ran into while getting it up and running, we were able to contact the team straight away and get very prompt and helpful responses to get things amended ASAP. The app is also very user friendly with so much to offer and we are really happy with how our reviews widget looks on our site.

The on-boarding experience was very smooth with structured interactions to begin with to understand the requirements, continuous updates during the implementation and quick responses to support questions during the launch time. The app's UI is clutter-free and very easy to comprehend and use. We would strongly recommend using Okendo's review pp with Shopify stores.
