Update:
Problem resolved, so far app is working fine.

Initial review:
This app seems like it would be quite good. Unfortunately hours of "system delays" as stated by support meant could not actually see if the app worked.

On the positive side, support was responsive.

So far I have found their team to be disorganized and unhelpful. There have been several delays and we've into a few road blocks (which were misrepresented during the sales process) and their team is offering no guidance or support - just lots of pushback. I'm being sent articles that don't answer my questions (instead of the onboarding specialist taking the time to answer my questions herself). ...

UPDATED: To use Okendo, you must enforce both name and surname in customer records. It misses all customers without a registered surname. I've reported this bug to the support and received a strange "it's a feature, not a bug" response and seemingly no intention to correct it. Okendo cannot be manually translated into a custom language. Very strange that in the basic languages Okendo has a Russian translation, this during the war with Ukraine and when sanctions are imposed on Russia. Shame on you

I tried the app, signed up for 20$/month but couldn't use custom HTML templates so I uninstalled it. Then the customer service reached out to me and explained that there is a solution by integrating with Omnisend send. That app is another 16$/month, but fine, let's try it.
