I have tested a lot of email platforms in the last several months, and Omnisend is really a step above the rest. From the ease of set up, integration with Shopify, and building automations and campaigns, this has been just what I was looking for in a system.
I've tried 3 other e-mail apps on here and this by far is the easiest. Shows that the most popular apps aren't always the best.
