Absolutely outstanding customer support from Olesia. I was so confused at first and Olesia just made everything so simple and easy to follow. I can ask her anything and she is more than happy to help. I sent Omni a chat message an Olesia reply to my message within minutes, no waiting time here. Overall, I'm one very happy customer.
I used this app to help me send email marketing for my dessert catering business, Treats2eat. It is very easy to use and works perfectly. I highly recommend it to anyone that has a Shopify store!

Great app a little pricey but defo as better than most I've tried, mail chimp was my go to before and now i have Ominsend
So far so good just scheduled our GDPR email to go out this morning. Moving over contacts from Shopify was seamless.
Update have been using for a week and no glitches. Sent out 1st newsletter using Omnisend much easier than Mailchimp
