I am very bad at tech anything but the Omnisend support team really helped us out. Luiz was able to answer all my questions and got my issues sorted out in less than 20 min. Very happy with the detailed answers he provided including screen shots since I did not know what the hey I was doing!
I read all the reviews before making an app decision, but rarely take the time to write reviews. This app is hands down the best email marketing program I've used in 15 years. Great results, analytics, tracking, tagging. You won't be disappointed. Easy product integration, User friendly.

ease of use and great support from the team. I am just starting out so these 2 factors are a must. they response was quick enough and the templates are so easy to edit.

Very easy to use! I like to choose the menu myself and create the newsletter like I would like. Only I don't understand, how to select the email adresses and put new one
