Vraiment une bonne application d'emailing pour l'ecommerce. Excellent service client peu importe le moment de la journée où on les contact. Ils répondent super rapidement et ne laissent pas tomber les fils de discussion, même entre les changements d'équipe. Merci Olesia pour tes réponses à l'instant! :)
Est-ce qu'il y a des choses que je voudrais qu'ils améliore? Certainement, ils ne sont pas parfaits, mais ils sont très bons et proposent chaque mois des belles améliorations. Je suis confiant d'avoir fait le bon choix de passer chez eux.
GOOD TOOL FOR NEW USERS LIKE ME
I love Omnisend! This is my favorite app. I love the drag and drop setup allowing you to create professional looking newsletters, sale flyers, etc., in a short time. Further, the analytics are a great resource to know what is working, and what isn't. I would recommend this app to everyone!
All round best solution - we've used various email marketing software apps over the past few years from Mailchimp to Klayvio to others but the easiest, quickest app to build campaigns, automations and forms is Omnisend - in my opinion, the emails have a better delivery rate which increases sales to which is pretty critical.
Omnisend is the only Email / SMS marketing solution we install on our new stores now.
Fantastic features for eCommerce Email Marketing and at a reasonable price! I'm looking forward to the new stuff coming this year :)
