We used other platforms like MailChimp for other projects before and moved to Omnisend because it offers more functionality. So far we experienced great customer service and it seems like a solid and spot on solution for our small to medium size businesses.
Excellent and easy to use email marketing service and app. I have used Mailchimp and SendinBlue in the past and I like Omnisend better.
As a website developer I have installed Omnisend to all my clients and for my own boompositive.com store of course.
Highly recommend and I'm still on the free plan. But I'm sure their paid services work great as well. And I most likely change to paid plan in this summer! Good job!

I've had some frustrations over the last couple of years with this app, but they are constantly trying to make improvements-- some are helpful, some not so much. I really appreciate the responsive customer support. Pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it.
