Best support team!
I love how easy it is to get in touch with someone (via instant messages) when you have questions or problems. They usually respond in no more that 10 minutes and they stay with you until the issues are resolved. I do wish there were some more features like emailing us reports and customizing the email backgrounds. I also would like a feature that allows customers to ask to be removed from certain marketing lists without removing them from all subscriptions but for the price, it offers quite a lot!

Less than 2% of the emails as getting to my customers. They are all going to spam. Called G-Suites and my account is not blacklisted and emails that are sent through my email directly are fine but sending through Omnisend, the emails are all going to spam. Waste of money if the customer is not even seeing the email marketing. Customer support is lacking.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing deliverability issues. We have checked your account thoroughly and it seems the delivery rate is low due to your contacts marking the campaign as spam or unexisting contacts. But no worries, we have a solution for you!
First, you will need to review your list and remove the inactive and unexisting contacts. Then send to the engaged audience who bought or clicked your campaigns recently. You can also target your automation by using the Customer Reactivation workflow and remind your customers to buy the product again after a specific period of time. Katherine will share more details via our in-app chat!

I love this app. It has been so simple to use. I don't have very much knowledge in the eCommerce world and this app made it so easy. Navigation in this app is simple.

Great app, super easy to use, great customer service as well (thank you Nikola and Marija)! I've only used it for newsletters and abandoned carts for now. (And the abandoned carts-flow is the reason why I only give four stars, because for the few days I used it, several customers got an abandoned cart email even though they completed their purchase... But they say they are working on the issue.)

I just receive amazing customer from Olesia at Omnisend and I'm super impressed with her knowledge, courteousness and patience.

She walked me step-by-step through the set up and troubleshooting of a form and follow up sequences until everything tested 100% correctly.

As far as the app itself goes, it's been a very pleasant experience up to this point. I can tell everything was thought out thoroughly and it's very intuitive.

Most ethical and professional company in email business in market. one of the best customer centric company i have come across in past 10 years.
I have been omnisend customer since past 4 years and they have lived upto their reputation. i would like to specially thank Will who would try every possible way to help us find the right kind of solution. People like him make big companies shine!
