Omnisend is so easy to use! Setting up forms and creating campaigns was quick and simple, even as a small shop owner. It works seamlessly with Shopify, and I’d recommend it to anyone getting started with email marketing.

We moved from Klaviyo to Omnisend to save on costs, and the migration went smoothly. The platform is easy to use, and the support team is incredibly helpful and easy to reach. Our CSM, Kristen, has been wonderful to work with.

One thing that could be improved: list cleaning comes with an extra fee. These days it’s hard to tell a real customer from a bot, so built-in bot detection or included list hygiene would make a big difference.
