Ongoing Subscriptions App

I cannot get over the level of customer service and help that Adriana and Ongoing provided. I had a glitch that I didn't know existed and she got it fixed and our website ready for subscriptions. She called and emailed and made getting us up and running a priority. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

I had to migrate to Ongoing Subscriptions and Adriana made it absolutely painless. She walked me through what was needed but also took the reins and made sure nothing slipped up. Ironically I've had a bit of uptick in subs since moving to Ongoing Subscriptions - I think a result of being able to offer multiple frequency options. All in all, good so far!!

Awesome app! Helped me add subscriptions to my new site in a very simple way. No fuss and bells and whistles, it just did what I need it to do. Adriana was extremely helpful and basically helped me customize the app for my personal wishes. Couldn't have wished for a better experience, and that for a free app!! We upgraded our Shopify theme and noticed that the subscription products were no longer showing the subscription options. Adriana responded to our help request very quickly and provided clear instructions to remedy the problem. Issue solved! Really easy and free app! Great and patient customer service when setting up, too! I've tried so many of these apps and to find such a good one that is so easy to use and free was a godsend. I HIGHLY recommend this app if you need recurring orders:)
