Ongoing Subscriptions App

While my work with Ongoing is in its infancy, I have to say, working with this team has been a blessing. They understand what I'm asking and make adjustments according to our special needs with a super quick turnaround time. It's also just nice to connect with real people while handling this side of the business. Thanks Adriana+husband! Would highly recommend this app!

This app it's amazing! It was perfect for my needs of a basic subscription product.

Usually, I like to wait at least 30 days before reviewing an app, but it would be an injustice to not share my wonderful experience now rather than later. I installed this app today, Saturday, Mar. 05, 2022. I had an issue with how my product description relocated and changed. I sent the developer an email explaining my issue. I really wasn’t expecting to hear from anyone on a Saturday evening. So, understandably when I got a call to assist me I was blown out of the water. My issue was resolved and Im loving the layout and function of this app. Thank you so much Adriana yo your prompt attention to my email.

I was looking for an application that would allow for re-occurring orders. After installing the app, a phone call came through from an employee with ongoing subscriptions. I was on the phone with Adriana for 1 hour, and she walked me through how to integrate the product, and how to get it up and running. I am very impressed with the support, and I am excited to add this to our site.

I absolutely love this app so far! Adriana had amazing customer service. Everything that I needed help with, she helped me execute it. She took her time and went over everything slowly to make sure that I understood everything. Truly thankful for her help! :)

I was looking for a subscription app and am glad that I found an Ongoing Subscription!! There were two times that I needed help after installing this app. Adriana helped so quickly *(in my case it was less than 15 minutes) and it was just awesome. I truly appreciate her quick response and she even fixed the issue immediately. Anyone is still reading reviews then I would say go ahead and add this app. You will be in safe hands :)

Top notch service from Adriana. She helped me get my Shopify subscriptions set it during our initial intake call, and then responded and fixed some updates I had within the same day!! This husband and wife duo is fantastic- they are professional, hard working, and very responsive. I cannot recommend this company enough! 5 Stars!

The app has been great in helping us track our subscribers and identify any profile issues that may occur. Adriana always provides prompt, reliable responses to help us troubleshoot and fix any issue we may have when using the app with our store and products - even on weekends! Wow! I have been blown away by the customer service, support and product. Within 5 minutes of installing the app I had a call from support to help me set everything up. They had to do a little work to make the colour scheme match our website. It was done within 12 hrs. I've just had another message from Adriana to check all is OK. I can not fault the service or product.
I've been so disappointed with other apps on shopify in the past but this one is PERFECT.
