We've been using the Optimonk app now for just over a month across all our sites. The team has been incredibly helpful in working with our needs, especially when it came to our bandwidth requirements.
This app has seen a definite increase in abandoned cart recoveries.
We're just looking to test out the email collection which if what we've seen on how the cart abandonment works, will prove very fruitful.
This is one APP every store should be taking advantage of using, no matter what your business size is.
I used this app to help me with creating a pop up when customers are about to leave your site. I was able to set that up quick and easy. I also have Klaviyo app on my website and wanted to integrate the two. I was having trouble integrating them but Anna was able to fix it with a few tweaks and test runs. She was very fast and very friendly!! Thanks again Anna for all your help!!!

I think by far this is one of the best there is when it comes to customer service and pop ups. its very easy to make a popup form and the team are always available to help with whatever issues i may be having. Chris has been very helpful and gives me great advice concerning my setups. The other memebers are very pleasant as well. Thank you guys, i wish that more application services were just like you, this makes my life more easy so i can focus on my business.

Easy to use, and my opt in rates have gone up quite a bit! I currently have an exit intent pop up running that is getting me a 10% conversion, which is pretty awesome! Would highly recommend this app!
