We have been using Socioh for about 6 months now and I have to say that Socioh is one of those rare apps that actually delivers on bold performance promises.
Ever since we have been using Socioh we have seen very reliable and consistent results on our catalogue ads.
Normally after a month or 2 we would see declining results because of ad fatique and we had to turn off the ad and create a new one with new ad copy. (triggering learning mode and about 2 weeks of unreliable results with a low roas.
With socioh we havent had to turn of a single running ad in over 6 months now (basically when we started with them) thanks to their suplemtory feed option. (basically it gives you the option to add in a new design without having to make changes in the ad within meta)
This way our clients constantly see new designs, while we are a/b testing designs against eachother in the meantime, which completely removes the frequency issue.
We are in a niche market in a small country and because of Socioh we are able to run a very decent daily budget without lowering our roas. And its been like this for 6 months now.
As for the design options, the platform has a very large range of options, including adding in dynamic product data, meta fields etc.
Also, its a very hands of approach since their team helps out with designs, testing and more.
Our contact (Hazel) has been extremely helpful and has been making sure that we are getting good results with our campaigns.
The support part is probably the thing im most impressed with, which says a lot since the app by itself is a life changer.
As for performance, i would say we have already seen about a 25% increase in roas across the board. This, plus the fact that Socioh has completely eliminated ad fatique on our catalogue ads makes us very happy!
You are leaving money on the table if you don't try Socioh. My Socioh "Test" campaign became my highest-performing campaign within two weeks of launching on Meta. Karan and his team make it easy for you from design to implementation. I was skeptical at first, but the results speak for themselves. Highly recommend.
I strongly, strongly encourage anyone comparing the apps available on the app store to choose Socioh, but don't take my word for it, do what I did and compare them all side by side. I can absolutely guarantee that this will be the one you choose.
There are just no words to describe the level of our satisfaction with Socioh: both the app itself and the team of individuals. We started our brand over ten years ago and have grown it into an enterprise level fashion brand on the strength of our organic social media marketing. We have over a million followers on Instagram and it is all through unpaid posts. $0 in traditional ad spend over the past 10 years.
This year we decided that it was time to pour gas on that fire by exploring paid Facebook advertising. Our social profiles are our most precious assets, and we felt strongly that we needed to find the most capable, trustworthy, accountable and proactive partners to help us manage this expansion of our social strategy.
We vetted every single advertising app on the Shopify App store, and we engaged in conversations with a dozen or so New York and West Coast based firms in order to find the perfect fit. From all of our due diligence, it became clear that there was one firm and platform that stood above the rest: Socioh.
The greatest advantage that we found with the Socioh platform was that they were able to intelligently resize our photos to make sure that all of our ads were perfectly cropped and displayed. This, and their customer support, which is the best of any vendor (a group of nearly 100) that we work with, were the reasons that made us choose them.
What we did not expect was the strategic partnership that would flourish over the next several months. Their team is chock full of intelligent, thoughtful individuals who bring tremendous passion and sensitivity to their work. Their efforts have put rocket boosters on our referral traffic and sales. At the moment, there is no one else outside of our internal team in whom I have more trust and confidence. I know that they will continue to be careful stewards of our brand, and strong partners in driving our continued growth and success.
I really like this app, it has simplified setting up various types of Facebook ads and gives them a really professional look. The fact it has simplified the ads makes it a real time saver.
The support is also excellent.

Sakhil has been excellent to work with. I feel I'm working with more of a business partner, than just a vendor. I have been been working with Facebook Ads for 6 years now and I can tell you he knows his stuff. On a 1 to 10 scale he is a 10. I look forward to working with him for years to come.

I am using Socioh for its autopilot feature so far that allows me to publish great looking posts promoting our products. Right now I am exploring the ad campaign feature and it is showing useful so far...
I rarely write reviews but because of such an exceptionally positive experience I feel impelled to share our experience with Orange Twig (especially since I read a couple negative reviews).
By way of context, a bit about us -- we have been running a successful ecommerce site selling world-wide since 1998. As a small and family business ourselves, we appreciate startups (like OT) which are driven by passion and great ideas, but usually have only a few people on staff to start with. We can relate to one person being in charge of, for example, marketing, billing, PR, website development and maintenance--all wearing one hat. In our years running a web-based business we think we've come to know what good customer service looks (and feels)like for the customer. And Orange Twig delivers!
We ourselves have been through more web-based providers since 1998 than we can recall, Orange Twig being our most recent. That said, we want to give praise for the Orange Twig app and team: Our experience with OT has been excellent and I could go on, but let's start with numbers-- by the tenth day of our first OT social media campaign our site live-person(non-bot) traffic had doubled (and has remained at that level or more), and, our ratio of sales conversions has also increased a great deal.
Another number which I can't quantify would be the hours of my time (as site manager) saved using Orange Twig to handle most of my social media promotion work. So, more hours available because of the time OT saves me is more time I can devote to other aspects of growing our business.
As for the app itself: It took me awhile to understand and get it set up to fit my situation. After a few days of trying, when I was still not clear how to do something (having to do with Instagram and templates) OT asked if I wanted a phone call. We set an appointment and she called me from India and patiently walked me through it for over half an hour!(tell me the last time that happened to you from any CS).
Reminder that the app is still in Beta, which means that they have still not rolled out all the features they have planned. I have given them input on a possible future feature and they will be trying to incorporate it into a future improvement. So...we give them top rating and hope they continue to grow OT, as it's been a boon to our business. Thank you Akanksha and Neha!
