Socioh: DPAs that Convert

Socioh is a GREAT shopify APP TO AUTOMATIZE social media posting and great templates and ideas.sssssss

Socioh is the smart advertiser's Shoelace. We've had months of issues with low CTR%, and poor performing retargeting ads on Facebook. But having onboarded with Socioh, we've seen a lot of improvement in our retargeting ad performance.

The app is quite easy to use. The support and team actually care about aligning ad performance with your brand's marketing objectives. I've had the pleasure of working with Karan, Sakhil and Sahiba who've made design challenges seem effortlessly achievable with their proactive attitude and skillset.

Highly recommended app for all Shopify stores struggling to supercharge their Dynamic Retargeting. We're yet to use Socioh for too many conversion objective or organic social media campaigns, but we're so far very pleased with the existing value we've been able to extract from Socioh.

Karan, Tarun, Sahiba and Dheeraj have simply provided the BEST support we have seen so far on Shopify App since 2012! Their knowledge on FB / IG is quite impressive. Not only they were able to bring so much value to our DPAs by giving them a unique look. They were also able to solve our catalog issues that no one else were able to do in the past year. Socioh is a must to every merchant who is looking to increase their ROAS by getting amazing audience and campaign creation tools. They basically make everything much easier in terms of advertising :)

Very very cool tool! I signed up when the app was just leaving beta and I wanted to use it during our Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale. It's now December 1st and I am very impressed!

It works like many of the other sales apps, picking the products, selecting the days, setting discount, etc. It then allows you to create a “marketing plan” based on the social platforms you connect to and the number of posts you want to publish each day. (ex. Friday: Twitter 5posts, Facebook 2posts, Instagram 3posts, etc) It then pulls your product images from Shopify and automatically generates some well designed "generic posts" for each day of your sale. All the images and text can be edited as well. You'll need to do some small adjustments on the images and customize the text, but the app makes it 100 times easier than creating each post from scratch.

What I really like about the app is the “pre-settings” are smart and designed to get the most out of your sale. For example, I might not have posted seven tweets on black Friday. (I'm not a tweeter) But because the app suggested seven nice images for me to post, I came up with seven different things to tweet about. Another example is how nice the "generic designs" are. All of them work fundamentally well for attracting customers. Big bold font, images arranged with a good flow, little gets cropped or cut off when published. It leaves you to choose the design that works best for your brand's style and not worry about which designs work functionally better than another. You end up with a ton of options which leaves little need for adjustment.

If you use my example above, “Friday: Twitter 5posts, Facebook 2posts, Instagram 3posts, etc” you would need 70 posts during a one week sale. This app allows you to organize a large amount of social content and holds you to your marketing goals.

As you can tell, I really like this app and the company behind it. Being that it's so new, I have found a few bugs which they were able to fix in an incredibly short amount of time. Which leads me to the best feature of this app, the chat window at the bottom of the interface. You actually get to talk to a real person who can fix problems in a few hours. (during business hours) They're excited to help, want to hear your feedback and are looking for suggestions. You can really tell they are proud of their product and want to make it the best it can be. Which is why I went out of my way to write such a long review. : )

I really like this app, it has simplified setting up various types of Facebook ads and gives them a really professional look. The fact it has simplified the ads makes it a real time saver.
The support is also excellent.

We have been working with Socioh for just over 6 months. Our experience has been excellent! We began using the full agency subscription transitioning to the DIY subscription later on. This transition was seamless thanks to the help from Tarun and Bidisha. Socioh makes posting Facebook Ads unbelievably easy, including custom audiences, easy to understand analytics and creative templates to use!! In addition to the easy setup of ads, the team at Socioh is so helpful! They are always monitoring our account and letting us know if we need to improve anything, meeting with me monthly to talk about said improvements/changes. I can not say enough good things about Socioh!

Great app. Creating catalogs using socioh saves so much time and have higher CTR. Used to stay up till midnight to update catalogs when my sales started/ended, they have a feature to schedule that - that's why i installed in the first place.

Performance of their suggested ads is better than my previous ads, and their value based lookalikes on my past order data are performing better than all my previous lookalikes.

Best part is that the team is very helpful. There was an option to book a call, so I did - talked to Karan, the founder and he explained everything. Bhuvi helped me set everything up and has helped me with campaigns multiple times.

I've been using Socioh for a couple of months now, and honestly, I'm saving money just by unsubscribing to other tools I was using for creating catalogs, scheduling my posts, creating retargeting ads, and managing audiences - it does everything.

Designing catalogs is a breeze. My products already looked good in their designs out of the box, but Bhuvi still got a few catalogs custom designed for my store. Using these catalogs with their recommended campaigns, my campaigns have been consistently performing 25-30% better than earlier.

Love this app, but the team behind it so much more! We launched on Shopify in Oct 2022, but we have been using the app for approx 1 year before that on Woocommerce. We've always loved the ability to do custom catalogs, and the Socioh team's commitment to help their customers be successful despite challenges in the advertising marketplace is admirable. Strong recommend!
