Order Deadline

Absolutely fantastic app and outstanding customer service. Although the app may seem to have relatively basic customisation, you can ask Matt almost anything and he's very quick to respond and code in your requests for you. He's also said a lot of the features he's been able to customise for me will be introduced to the app shortly, making the process even simpler! Hands down the greatest feature for me is the ability to set different timers for different countries. There are a lot of apps out there that don't have this feature, which is a nightmare if you ship worldwide. Cannot recommend this app highly enough!

App is solid and has been a great addition to our store for a long time. Had a customization change I was needing help with and Mat was extremely fast and thorough with his response. Several times Mat has gotten me fixed up before I had time to respond. Thanks for the great app and support!

So far, so good! I've only had the app for a few days and Mat has already been really helpful, helping to customise the look so it meets my store branding perfectly.
I was searching everywhere for an app that showed a countdown for dispatch, not delivery, and this is the only one I could find that does it properly.
I does seem a little too expensive in comparison to other apps in my store, and it's still too early for me to determine whether the countdown is driving urgency in sales yet, so I will just be monitoring it closely to figure out if the cost of the app is justifiable with a potential increase in conversion rate. I will come back and update my review after a month or two of testing it to confirm whether I will be keeping it running.

Tried several other failed apps before finding this Gem. having a large inventory with many variants, this app has solved several headaches in one, whilst also being on a half-price deal at the moment. 5 stars for the App and 5 stars from Mat in support who worked with me to tweak it slightly to our needs. now able to show amazon style delivery messaging across thousands of SKUs even if they are in stock, on pre-order or have a long ETA. absolutely perfect. Awesome app for displaying to customers more accurate lead times. Customer support is fantastic too. Mat helped me a number of times with various issues to display the app nicely and integrate with the theme design seamlessly. Can't recommend Order deadline enough

Awesome app! Order Deadline increased our conversion rate immediately and cut down on customer service time advising customers when they would receive their orders. The "Locations" feature is a superb addition. Easy to set up, excellent and fast support! Highly recommend!

UPDATE: Issue resolved swiftly by the developers. Thanks! Rating updated. ORIGINAL: Cannot access any settings. Page freezes as soon as you click anything, so can't even contact them. I've been trying all day, still no luck. Not great when you urgently need to make changes!

The best app available for informing customers when their order will arrive. Great intuitive back end that allows you to tailor timings to match business operations. Fantastic support from developer - accurate and fast. Quickly helped with set-up and configuring app to match our theme. Highly recommended.
