Absolutely fantastic app and outstanding customer service. Although the app may seem to have relatively basic customisation, you can ask Matt almost anything and he's very quick to respond and code in your requests for you. He's also said a lot of the features he's been able to customise for me will be introduced to the app shortly, making the process even simpler! Hands down the greatest feature for me is the ability to set different timers for different countries. There are a lot of apps out there that don't have this feature, which is a nightmare if you ship worldwide. Cannot recommend this app highly enough!

The best app available for informing customers when their order will arrive. Great intuitive back end that allows you to tailor timings to match business operations. If you're in any doubt about installing this app, don't be, it is first class, as is the service and support from Mat. I've been using this app for the past few months and today when I needed some help, there was Mat to fix a problem when I updated my theme. You can't really ask for much more, that's all we want from an app developer... a great product backed up with great customer service.

Perfect for our store! This is the app we needed so that customers are able to understand our shipping methods. We have had problems with customers unable to understand that our next working day delivery does not operate over the weekend. Cut off time were also an issue that customers could not grasp. This app solves this issue in an easy to understand very visible format.

This app is perfect, we had a little trouble setting it up with us having a custom theme. However support is top notch, i emailed and within minutes the developer replied back and resolved the slight issue at hand.

I again had further issues later on once our system went live and he was quick to respond and solve the issue. Its now working flawlessly and perfect.

Incredible app for helping set the correct expectations for customers with delivery times, while also adding urgency. Their customer support is also incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to help with issues even when it wasn't directly caused by the app, and ended up being more to do with what our theme developer did.

So many options! The screenshots don't do it justice just how much configuration settings are available. We had a bit of an issue getting it setup exactly how we wanted it, but the support was fantastic and even customised the app to our exact needs, all within a few hours of first contact. Can't recommend enough.
