The team at LogBase has been integral in the process of customizing our online shop to accommodate setting up custom shipping, delivery and local pickup scheduling and rates for our complex item library. Rajkumar has provided support every step of the way to make sure that the app is working to our liking, and never hesitates to jump on a call to address any changes that need to be made. They have gone beyond the call of duty to make sure our UX is seamless from item page to cart to checkout! We are so grateful for all they have done for us! Highly recommend!

I spent far too much time trying to figure it all out on my own. With an instant response from the help chat, we began a zoom call where everything I had spent hours (and hours) trying to resolve while researching on forums was fixed instantly and promptly. I was thoroughly involved in the entire process too! I gratefully received service above and beyond what I expected. I am so glad I made the jump to this app.

Amazing App, and even better customer service. I was able to have a same day zoom call with the developers and have a complete set up done for me via screen sharing, it was so easy, and so helpful. We were able to streamline all of our inventory to one warehouse location even though we have several different pick up locations. Can't say enough great things, you need this.

We were using a different app for our Pickup & Delivery date selection and it was giving us no end of trouble for us and our customers, especially given the seemingly unique nature of how we sell our products. I searched and found Store Pickup & Local Delivery and decided to give it a try. Even though they were in their infancy (we've been using them now for 7 months) and the app didn't have all the features they do now, it was the support from the team that blew us away. They were always happy to assist in setting up or changing settings, customising and performing minor tweaks, and listening to feedback and feature requests (which they've now added) and we couldn't be happier. Thank you so much Kumar and the team, we couldn't ask for more, and our store would not be what it is today without you! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! FIVE (TEN?) STARS!!
