Siva was AMAZING! I received the absolute best customer service I've every experienced before. And I'm a stickler for good customer service. He was patient with me, he provided customization to my shop upon request. I wish that I could hire Siva for all my Shopify applications. I don't usually write reviews which is a shame because as an entrepreneur, I know the value they offer to potential customers. Anyhow, do NOT hesitate to download this amazing app.

Janani helped us with setting up our customized shipping rates, added a new pickup location and also helped us communicate with the Shopify guru to enable some functions. Fantastic! I had a tricky issue trying to include delivery date and time details in Shopify's automatic order confirmation email. Tried googling for help with all sorts of remedy with no success. Approached helpdesk via chat and issue resolved within 5 minutes. Thank you to In Store Pickup Local Delivery's team, especially, Dhinakar.

Een hele fijne plug-in voor mijn webshop, waarbij het alleen mogelijk is om af te halen (en dus niet te verzenden). Via de chat hebben ze me helemaal geholpen met het instellen van de plug in en het aanpassen van tekstregels. Er staat natuurlijk op veel plekken een verwijzing naar verzending, maar dat is dus niet relevant voor mijn shop. Geweldige service!
