Thank you Janani & Vinduja. Vinduja in particular helped me with an extremely complex setup issue which took over 2 hours to resolve. She was incredibly patient & also took the time to train me on some aspect so that we could be self-sufficient in the future.
Due to the complexity of our needs, she has also pre-emptively raised an issue that occurred during testing that I would not have notice.
I love that they orders get automatically tagged with the date of pickup / local delivery. Hugely helpful for managing delivery days.

This app is fire.
A must have for every one who's using shopify to run their local business. The app has helped us tremendously to manage the incoming orders and not get flooded in the kitchen. This app is really important for online florists because choosing delivery date is very crucial for our customers. A huge shout out to the team, Sree, Siva, Janani and Rajkumar, who had helped me to set up the delivery settings based on our store unique needs. They had also helped us to customise the appearance based on my perfectionism and OCD. Great work! Highly recommend!
This app works well for my store. Firstly I must say the service from all the support team has been great. In particular, Siva helped me today with a number of issues - we have been on and off Zoom calls and chats and he has been really great at understanding what I needed.
On the app more widely - it's been great to get the various options onto my website for customers to choose - lots of different time slots, different options for Local Delivery and Pickup, the ability to override for certain product sets etc.
I would like to see more available behind the scenes - the ability to tailor the emails that are sent to customers, the ability to tie into the Shopify Local Delivery route planning (it does tie into a different app EasyRoutes but that is fairly expensive).
Overall - 4 stars for the app itself but I'd give the support team 10 stars if I could!
