I was looking for an app that would allow me to include a PDF invoice with shipping confirmations. It was very easy to design my custom invoice. I had a little trouble implementing my custom design, but received very easy to understand step by step instructions from Bjorn. Great app, great support!
For starters, this app has been a total success for our business, simple to use with many features and template options.
Although, the stand out feature for us was Bjorn and his amazingly quick response times with requests resolved each and every time, no fuss, no trivial questions, just solutions!

Just started out with our online shop and all of Bjorn's apps have meant we've made the process more efficient and consistent stylistically.
We now include links to the invoice within email notifications (we save on printing, nicer on the environment) and Bjorn was quick to respond to a small tweak.
The ability to start on the free plan until you reach 50 orders is nicer than a blanket charge for using the app.

Very good app and very easy to use.
I find it quite slow though when using it via Shopify POS.
It also seems to error each time we print with Shopify POS and will not load any images on the template. It is also incredibly slow on Shopify POS.
Thanks for taking the time to leave the review :) I've sent you an email to gather some more info in the issues you are seeing in the POS app and documents. Would love to get the bottom of those, so we can get them fixed up as soon as possible.

started off as a free app, now suddenly costs $10 / month. would have never done all the set-up work if I knew before.
update: after very friendly customer support and pointing out the automatic switch between free and paid plan depending on the monthly orders, I change my rating to three stars.
Just regarding the functionality of the app, it would actually be 5 stars - it works without problems and my customers appreciate the service.
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, and I'm very sorry for the frustration of this change. As communicated to you in April, May and June the app was going from free to having a free plan and a paid plan for larger stores. It just wasn't possible to keep the app free anymore, which is why we also offered 3 months notice + a 3 month free trial period for existing users.
Again, sorry for the change.
Great support, like REALLY good and app does just what it says it will. Easy to follow instructions with excellent quick help.

I use this app to create invoices and delivery notes for all our orders, I can also create a pro forma invoice or a quotation to print or as a PDF from a draft order which has proved really useful. I have also purchased some of the templates which are great and very easy to customise and edit so I now have many templates for different types of orders which look very professional. I had a technical issue which was resolved quickly thanks to Bjorn for that!

The only way to do simple PDF invoices directly from Shopify. They have amazing automated PDF instructions now as well which is super helpful.
Nice design, simple and very affordable! It's a must app to get things done in the back end. This is the best you're going to get for this price point and features.
