Had some runaround getting support from them - I only got automated replies that did not answer my questions for a whole week. But eventually got help from a human and they solved my problems.

I had a few issues with their ticketing process - however its been resolved and Andy managed to resolve my problems really quickly.

Can you help me to send your emails to email@example.com? We have had some issues relating to our ticket system, we can’t receive your email recently.
The app is super helpful. Had some issues with support to start with but was fixed in a timely fashion. Getting emails when my inventory drops below a certain level is excellent

It's alot easier for us to keep in contact with those customers that are wanting our products that are out of stock. We've been able to secure their purchase quicker before they move onto somewhere else.
