Edited Review- I was having issue with the "Notify Me" button coming up on products where inventory wasn't tracked. And I was also having issues with the Coming Soon and Pre-Order features. I emailed multiple times and was pretty frustrated after 2 weeks of no one answering but finally today Andy came on and we went back and forth through emails a few times until all my issues were fixes.

The app is really great and was exactly what I was looking for, the lack of the 1 star is just for the initial slow response from customer support.

If you're having issues keep messaging and someone will eventually get back to you!

The app allows 4 things which help us run really smoothly.: 1. Customers can ask for a back in stock email reminder. 2. We can offer certain items on pre -sale.3. We get email reports regarding low stock items and 4 . We have a lovely tool bar highlighting when a particular item is low on stock. With the added fantastic responsive help from Andy, this app is a must add!

The 5 stars are for the best customer service I received. The app was working just fine from get go so go ahead an install it. Then the team reached out to me with recommendations for improvement and did all that for me. Never had such a great support from any other app. I truly wish them a lot of success and with that kind of service and intent I am sure they will.

Amazing! I was struggling trying to get things up on my own in the middle of the night so I contacted support. I thought it would have been hours before a response but it was almost immediate. The service was informative and quick with step by step details of what they did, and videos with instructions on what they needed me to do. Overall one of the best experiences I've had with a company/team ever.

The app is easy to set up and use. When I ran into a problem (the "notify when available" button was showing on in-stock variants instead of just out-of-stock variants) the Ordersify team was quick to fix it, and they also helped customize the size of the button.

We have been utilizing this app for several months; however, we have recently encountered a significant issue regarding the email notifications for back-in-stock alerts, which have failed to be sent.

Initially, we contacted customer service, and they promptly responded. Unfortunately, despite their initial efforts, they were unable to resolve the problem. Regrettably, since then, we have not received any further communication from them. I have made two subsequent inquiries following my initial contact, but I have yet to receive a response.

It is disappointing to experience such a lapse in customer service, especially after initially receiving prompt attention.

*******UPDATE - 4 STARS
Customer service reached out the day after I posted my initial review and resolved the issues. Besides the blip in sending, this app does the job. I do wish the app offered a bit more. Such as offering the option to load more than 15 notifications per page in the dashboard or the ability to sort noficiation requests by product title.

We found a problem with suppliers from the Far East (Not unusual now). Our Sales but NON TEC team downloaded 'Back in Stock' and Andy held our hand to sort the site button and email verification. The basics now work and our customers are not left completely 'hanging'. The TEC team can refine in due course but we got great assistance from this apps support. Thank you Andy
