ran a backdating job, and the system incorrectly applied the wrong tag to almost 400 orders. discussed with support team, and they aren't interested in doing anything to resolve the problem. advised that I can run ANOTHER backdating job (at additional cost) to resolve the problem.
Great support and really neat app. Some great features to help smooth out operations and the team was very quick to get in touch and offer support in how to set up what we needed.

Awesome and reliable app! It had a huge evolution during time and now is very complete with many options, add/remove tags, AND/OR rules, schedule rules to be active/inactive witg tag removal, Delay option, etc. The support is great too, with nice and fast support. 5*****

This app helped us completely redefine and streamline our process flows - we have a number of stores and this allowed us to decentralise the processing and reduce our manual touch points and hence the fulfilment time was reduce significantly.
Also a helpful support team , we had an issue and were diligent to investigate and close off:-)
I personally need an app like this for my VAT. With specific tags it makes my life so much easier. (EU countries all combined in one tag)

Great App! Anyone who has a lot of orders should have this app. I'm using it to quickly check did we ship all expedited and international orders, and for some products that require special packaging. True life saver.
