SC Order Tags & Flows

This app is great, really easy to use. It makes fulfilment easy to organise and check. As always the Sam and the team at Union Works are really helpful and have even implemented some features that I have requested.

We installed this app on our new Shopify store because we needed a way to indicate whether or not a customer was new in Shipstation. Until now, there has not been a solution for this. We are very excited to use that functionality and many others that Order Tagger offers.

This app has much more flexibility available than the standard flow app, including triggers based on line-level properties and better handling of complex logical operations.

Order Tagger has been extremely impactful to the operations of our business over the past few years. We are a furniture brand and manage a very difficult logistics program nationwide- tagging orders with various attributes has allowed us many opportunities to find efficiencies and generally has helped us make our business run more smoothly. Have used this app for a year and it's been smooth sailing. There was only one bug that popped up, and their team fixed it very quickly after I contacted support.

We run a small business that was struggling to identify specific orders that needed to be dispatched first. I emailed Order Tagger and Steve got back to me quickly and listened to my issue. He came back to me with a series of solutions - none of which were quick fixes but he was patient with me and walked me through it. Great app! made sorting through orders so much easier. Being able to tag our international and express orders as well as gift cards makes processing orders a little easier.
