I like the app, especially the fact that it changes the statuses in the native shopify tracking which helps with various marketing apps.
I have used parcel panel for almost 3 years now and i've never even thought about using a different company. Their support responds almost instantly and they give out so many free upgrades to people it's great. As someone who has done over $400k in sales I can safely say Parcel Panel is GREAT for anyone looking to provide seamless tracking to their customers.
