Parcel Panel works really well for tracking orders and keeping customers informed. What impressed me most was their support team - they were super friendly and helped me quickly when I needed assistance. The app does exactly what it promises and the customer service makes it even better. Highly recommend!

The app does what it's supposed to do - in-house tracking with a lot of useful features. Very responsive team via live chat (less than 3 minutes response time every time)

Unreliable app... Didn't update the tracking links correctly for all orders. My customers saw the tracking link from China. Don't recommend

Jane took care of me and helped me with my issue. I hadn't been able to receive orders for a long time due to a problem with my website, and therefore, I couldn't use the app. I requested cancellation of my annual payment plan and assistance with a refund. They assisted me with the refund. Thank you Jane you re very kind :)
