Parcel Panel works really well for tracking orders and keeping customers informed. What impressed me most was their support team - they were super friendly and helped me quickly when I needed assistance. The app does exactly what it promises and the customer service makes it even better. Highly recommend!
The app does what it's supposed to do - in-house tracking with a lot of useful features. Very responsive team via live chat (less than 3 minutes response time every time)
Great app, excellent customer service from all the staff Ive had help me with any little adjustment or just understanding the flow of the app. Ive used after ship and this is so much better than that! i love that its designed with dropshippers in mind. Thank the service, keep up the excellent work!

I hadn't been able to receive orders for a long time due to a problem with my website, and therefore, I couldn't use the app. I requested cancellation of my annual payment plan and assistance with a refund.
