Had a few issues with Royal Mail Uk tracking. support were responsive and the issue seems to have been fixed

It is a great plugin or application on shopify for small businesses like OURS. You get many options to choose from for free. I would 10000% recommend this to everyone for creating a better experience for their consumer.
We recently started using Parcel Panel. We primarily use Royal Mail & DHL for shipping. The Royal Mail API is less than perfect and resulted in some teething problems but Parcel Panel support dealt with both problems within hours. Useful app and fantastic customer service – happy to recommend.
