The app looks professional and soooo ez to use. The customer service is excellent. I switched themes and it stopped working so I contacted Daniel and he go it up and running in a matter of minutes. No work from my end.

Very happy with this app so far. We were able to transfer our ebay and amazon reviews over to our website, and have gotten many new customer reviews since we signed up. Affordable too!

The app is great in common BUT: there is serious detail without attention: numbers (pages of review) below doesnt change color no matter what and by default they are white, so if your website runs on white background color you will not be able to see numbers of pages. But if you run around with your mouse you gonna see how arrow changes for hand which shows you that there is actually more pages. Fix it guys, otherwise it is senceless to post more than 1 page of review, nobody will see that. Thanks.
P.S. Somehow changed color but did not any actions...
Thanks for pointing this out - this is actually due to your theme having HTML styled white. So our app naturally took those styles to match your theme :D You should have gotten in touch with us via live chat! We'd change it in 5min - as a matter of fact we've already done that. Have a look. I'd appreciate if you could adjust the review, given our prompt response :)
They respond quickly and get issues resolved quickly.

Very disappointed with this service of late, they changed their plan and fee structure and did not advise me, all the features I was paying for become redundant and I needed to upgrade to get features back at a significantly higher price, their customer service is appalling now, they do not respond at all.

1st) Opinew takes the cake. Let's go ahead and agree that the 2 or 3 other popular ones are fine too, most of the time.
But what happens when you need support on a Sunday afternoon, you have thousands of dollars worth of Facebook ads flooding your product pages and uh oh, you notice something isn't right.
But the traffic is coming regardless.
Well, this isn't some kinda what-if scenario. This is taking place right now, and because when contacting support, I QUICKLY got a response, found out the situation, and everything is great. Not to mention without asking, I was kept up to date as everything was being resolved.
That my fellow Shopify store owners are called CUSTOMER SERVICE! Without a doubt recommended to all Shopify stores.
You will be glad you did if, by chance, you end up in a situation that had the potential to cost thousands of dollars but because of Opinew's professionalism, my cash register is still making noise!
