The app UI is surprisingly clean and minimal despite what a few other people might be saying... Tomasz and his team have done an amazing job putting together an app that fits flawlessly within my theme. 3 things I love about the app: 1) customer service from Tomasz has been top notch. He replies quick and as others say in these reviews, he actually helps out as opposed to asking you to use a developer. 2) This is the only app I've been able to find on the app store that allows easy and quick importing of reviews from Amazon. The second best app I found after doing a lot of research was Stamped.io but even they required manually exporting Amazon reviews to an excel file and then formatting, and then importing into the app. Opinew makes it easy as 1,2,3, and was the clear winner! 3) Tomasz is continually working on making the app better as time goes on and I'm excited to see what new features he releases down the road. This is a great product with amazing customer service. At first it seemed like a minimally beneficial app; however, they reached out to me, on their own and offered to clean up the placement and details in my code. I accepted the request and they performed a very good job of cleaning up its appearance on my site. AAA+ service and very easy to use.
