I left the original review at the bottom, but needed to update. We left Opinew in 2023 because it lacked some features and integrations we needed as we grew. After a year on Loox, we needed features they didn't support so came back to see how Opinew has evolved. Wow, how a year changes things... Endless technical issues and Opinew has now outsourced support. Their support is subpar to put it nicely. If you're just using the basic features, it may be alright but there's a plethora of other review apps at a much better rate. If you operate a real business and not just a hobby, stay away.

Love the app but love the service even more. Onboarding is a breeze, they walk you through all the features and help configure the settings around your goals during the setup. Support is immediate - we found a bug and their team had it fixed within a few hours. Highly recommend

I used this app to add reviews to my product pages for a dropshipping store. I like how easy it was to use, and their live chat feature is nice for quick questions when you're getting to know the navigation. Something I would love to see added are some more customization options for the format on the product page. I didn't love how the section heights were uneven when looking at reviews side by side on a laptop.

Thus far seems to work great! I had an issue with incorrect reviews importing, and tech support (Tomasz) immediately helped me out. It took some work but it turned out to be an issue with Amazon Parent/Child listings. They solved it quick, and now it works great! Very customizable, and it looks like the review format Amazon uses with minimal editing.
