Opinew is a great, user friendly app that accomplishes the goal of showcasing and asking for reviews for Shopify platforms. The app is great, but what truly sets them apart is how incredible their support team is - not only have they always gotten back to my questions quickly, even at odd hours, but they are truly there to help and answer questions. There is no better review app out there for shopify!

I hit the chat button and asked for set up help and within minutes they set up my widgets. and were pleasant throughout. Support from a service provider is KEY. I have not had a chance to use the app, so i will give 5 stars up front just based on the interaction. As long as the tool and service works it should remain at 5.

This app is super easy to use. Pulled in all of my eBay reviews which I think will go a long way towards building trust for people new to the Stouy brand. I had questions about importing reviews and their support team helped right away via live chat.
