For some wild reason our reviews literally went missing off our website. Within a few minutes Romana got them added back in under the products. Then I talked to Daniel and he got all the reviews back onto our review page of our website so fast! great customer service thank you so much

WOW, Not only were they quick to respond they were not in a hurry to just set you on your way scratching your head like every other app. They have gone above and beyond. Customer service was quick and efficient.
It took me a few weeks to realize that I needed to publish the reviews manually and then the widget wasn't installed. I am really truly amazed with their customer support and really feel like they care.

Using the Setup wizard to do the basic configurations was very easy, although I will still come go back to the App to do some more configurations. Until I use the App in real time situation and or import reviews from Aliexpress / Oberlo to see the App in action, I would reserve making any technical comments. Meanwhile I thank the Opinew team for offering me an UNLIMITED FREE TRIAL. I would recommend this to all newbies like me to start with.

I really love how it integrated into my website and fits the aesthetic of my theme. Im still learning the kinks but its pretty easy and they have videos. overall I like it so far, recommend for first time options to add reviews
